Plant and origin
Rosehip fruits are growing on a green bush and are of light to dark red or red brownish colour with thick peel (shell).
It originates formerly from the European area and is imported today mainly from Chile and Eastern Europe.
Processing and appearance
The dried product consists of rosehip shells and gives a light orange infusion.
The taste is refreshing with a mild sour note.
